Vandalism and Natural Damage
The organization will endeavor to replace the banner 1 time per calendar year upon annual renewal if a banner is damaged due to vandalism or wear and tear. If the banner is damaged more than once per year it will not be replaced until the next annual renewal period. The sponsor can choose to replace The Banner at any time at their own expense.
